What you’ll do

• Own and govern the HR agenda across the organization, setting priorities, driving execution, and ensuring the People & Culture function delivers against business objectives

• Build, sustain, and continuously strengthen a high-performing culture, embedding ownership, accountability, and growth into how teams operate every day

• Lead the People & Culture function across all departments and locations, covering the full white-collar and blue-collar workforce

• Oversee the recruitment function with full accountability for talent acquisition strategy, hiring quality, and execution across the organization

• Develop and govern strategic initiatives on performance management, including the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of OPLOG’s performance system

• Govern the implementation of a structured onboarding program that ensures new joiners build early command of our customers, accounts, and business model

• Own compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring market competitiveness and internal consistency across the organization

• Govern subcontractor and contingent workforce management, setting standards for vendor performance, service quality, and compliance

• Work in close partnership with the People & Culture team, field HR, and operational leadership to align people strategy with operational reality

• Lead organizational transformation and internal communication, driving change adoption and alignment as the company scales
  
  

Who you are

• 10+ years in People & Culture / HR, with genuine leadership depth across the full function

• A proven track record leading HR across both white-collar and blue-collar populations in a fast-moving, operational environment (logistics, tech, manufacturing, or fulfillment a strong plus)

• A builder’s mindset — you’ve architected people systems, not just inherited and maintained them

• The instinct to drive transformation rather than administer it — you’ve reshaped how organizations work and carried people with you

• Deep expertise across recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employment law, with the judgment to make sound decisions on complex people matters

• Experience governing subcontractors and multi-vendor workforces across multiple sites

• Sharp communication and the ability to energize teams through change

• Willing to travel regularly across OPLOG’s sites, staying close to the teams and operations you lead

• English and Turkish working proficiency
