What You'll Do:
- Design, implement and manage inbound metrics.
- Measure and optimize in-stock performance.
- Build robust and adaptable financial modelling and inbound forecasting processes.
- Own pro-active transhipments arcs for positioning and inventory replenishment.
- Identify top accounts for growth, find strategies to enhance selection and maximize revenue.
- Build relationships with top brands and improve effective flow of goods.
- Drive accurate forecasting with Enterprise customers.
- Measure inventory health and managing down unproductive inventory.
- Measure and improve vendor lead times, reduce operational defects, and improve systems to streamline operations.
- Drive root cause analysis/reporting on operational issues, develop action plans and project manage improvements.
- Work with internal teams to help drive tools and process improvements that affect revenue, margins, business efficiency and growth.
Who You're:
- 2+ years of experience with Excel.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
- 2+ years of professional background in either demand planning, consulting in strategy and operations, supply chain or related field.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Turkish and English.
- Experience with SQL is a big plus.
