What You'll Do
- Team Management & Sales Strategy: Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve set targets, acquiring new clients and upselling to existing ones.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyze team and individual performances, implement necessary changes, and ensure sustained growth.
- Client Relations: Foster and maintain key client relationships, ensuring alignment of our solutions with their objectives.
- Market Insights: Stay updated with the latest in the fulfillment/logistics market to inform and adjust strategies.
- Collaborative Efforts: Liaise with departments like marketing and product development for cohesive strategies.
- Reporting: Deliver regular sales forecasts and updates to the executive management team.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of sales experience with a similar role, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.
- Demonstrated proficiency with sales management software and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed and attend industry events.
