What You'll Do:
- Strategize and execute marketing plans for OPLOG's presence at industry events, including trade shows, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create event-specific marketing materials, signage, digital campaigns, and collateral that highlight our logistics and fulfillment capabilities.
- Identify and target relevant audience segments within the industry for each event, utilizing market research and audience analysis.
- Manage event budgets, optimizing resources to achieve maximum ROI while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, from selecting venues and managing vendors to on-site coordination, ensuring smooth operations.
- Oversee the development and management of event websites, registration processes, and attendee engagement strategies.
- Work closely with sales and business development teams to align event strategies with company objectives, foster leads, and nurture partnerships.
- Establish and maintain valuable relationships with industry peers, partners, sponsors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead post-event follow-up, including lead nurturing, surveys, and comprehensive reporting to measure event success.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event marketing, with a successful track record of planning and executing events.
- Exceptional project management skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated creativity and innovation in developing event marketing strategies tailored to the logistics and fulfillment industry.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing event needs and priorities.
- Willingness to travel as required by event schedules.
- Prior experience in a B2B tech environment is a plus.
