What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy in alignment with business objectives and brand identity.
- Identify target audiences and create engaging, informative, and motivating campaigns.
- Craft compelling content that aligns with the strategic plan.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and content creators for cohesive messaging and visuals.
- Manage brand presence on social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Medium.com).
- Ensure brand consistency by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize analytics tools to gather social metrics, analyze data, and refine strategies for increased engagement and visibility.
- Engage with the community by responding to comments and direct messages.
- Identify partnership opportunities to expand brand reach and awareness.
- Support marketing campaigns with complementary social strategies.
- Define KPIs and optimize campaign performance in collaboration with the marketing team.
- Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and emerging platforms.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record in developing social media strategies and managing brands across multiple platforms.
- Knowledge of platform requirements, audience behaviors, and algorithmic preferences.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in social media analytics tools.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to embody the brand's style, tone, and voice.
- Visual aesthetics appreciation and experience coordinating with creative teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder and community interaction.
