What You'll Do
- Create and manage engaging written, visual, and multimedia content (e.g., blog posts, case studies, videos, infographics).
- Support marketing efforts across various departments (e.g., Event Marketing, PR) with compelling content copies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content consistency and brand alignment.
- Analyze content performance using metrics and adjust strategies for improved results.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive content innovation.
Who You Are
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing content creation and strategy.
- Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
- Experience or familiarity with AI-powered content generation tools like ChatGPT, Bard, or similar platforms.
- Experience or familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar software for creating visual content.
- Experience or familiarity with productivity tools like Trello for project management and organization.
- Familiarity with global and local content marketing demands, especially in Turkey, the UK, and the US markets.
- Near-native proficiency in English is a requirement; proficiency in German is a plus
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
