What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategies for North American freight forwarding, aligning with company goals.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to enhance our network capabilities and market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, adapting strategies to capitalize on opportunities.
- Optimize operations, maintaining high-quality service and cost-effectiveness.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for performance improvements.
- Provide strategic insights to the executive team.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field (Master's a plus).
- 7+ years of freight forwarding experience with a North American focus.
- Strong knowledge of the North American logistics landscape, regulations, and customs.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in logistics software and technology.
- Ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
