About the Role: Senior People & Culture Specialist
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute HR operations and procedures, incorporating automation through essential tools.
- Contribute to or lead initiatives aimed at cultivating company culture.
- Strengthen employee branding in alignment with our company's core values.
- Propose best HR practices to maximize the team's effectiveness.
- Take on various HR roles in order to support the team.
- Drive and improve end-to-end recruiting and onboarding process.
- Coordination of the accounting team to maintain accurate employee records.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree from a related field of reputable universities.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in HR functions.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and administration.
- Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and current global talent trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with executives, team members, and candidates.
- Enthusiastic about utilizing automation tools in HR processes.
- A strong data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Experience in startups is a plus.
- Positive and 'roll up your sleeves' - attitude.
