About the Role: Warehouse Operations Manager 

We are looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our extensive fulfillment and operations network in Chicago. If you are a positive and self-motivated person with the right combination of leadership skills and professional business sense, you are the one we are looking for! This is a permanent position from day one.

Main Responsibilities

• You will be an inspiring leader in the following areas within the FC operations: Receive, stow, pick, pack and ship, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
• Guiding by example, you’ll be responsible for the training and integration of your team while progressively improving progress. This symbiotic relationship also makes this position even more rewarding and impactful,
• As you strive for excellence together with the team you supervise,
• You will be responsible for the health and security duties in the fullfilment centre,
• You’ll exercise sound judgment, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.

Qualifications

• Flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
• Willing to work in a non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
• Previous managerial experience in Amazon or a 3PL company, or a company running pre-FBA operations.
• Being a Turkish speaker is a plus,
