What You’ll Do
  • Work and partner closely with leaders from various departments to drive key strategic and operational priorities.
  • Lead and support strategic business initiatives assigned by the board and top management team.
  • Play a vital role in supporting decision-making processes throughout the company, enabling data-driven strategies that lead to continuous improvement and success.
  • Apply operational research techniques, optimization algorithms, and data analysis to evaluate and improve existing operational processes, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization within operations, develop improvement initiatives, and implement solutions to enhance overall performance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize physical layouts, ensuring maximum productivity, optimal resource allocation, and streamlined workflows.
Who You Are
  • Graduated from a top-notch university with a degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic background.
  • Proven record of success in previous internship roles or projects, showcasing exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the fulfillment or e-commerce industry and a drive to make a meaningful impact in a global setting.
  • Familiarity with layout design principles, facility planning, or logistics optimization is preferred.
  • Experience with Autocad and Flexsim for layout design and simulation is preferred.
