Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role: Performance Marketing Manager(Hybrid)

Main Responsibilities
- Manage digital marketing operations (Adwords, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube Yandex, etc. campaign setup and optimization, audience strategy, creative briefing)
- Create, manage and deploy display, mobile and social media marketing campaigns and optimize daily to reach success metrics
- Focus on 360° digital marketing strategy at the macro level
- Monitor channel performances and create action plans
- Depending on performance analysis, give direction to content team for ad and LP text .
- Track KPIs and distribute budget accordingly
- Share market information and introduce new marketing channels
- Design and conduct rigorous A/B experiments to test digital communication assets
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and products in the mobile application world
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum 6-12 months of experience in a related field
- Good knowledge of Google and Facebook advertising systems,
- Familiar with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Strong understanding of current marketing strategies, digital platforms, and trends
- A passion for numbers, understanding of key sales funnel metrics, and an ability to deliver performance dashboards and reports showcasing campaign progress and ROI.
- Excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations
- Strong writing skills, with the ability to develop campaign messaging that resonates with customers and addresses their needs
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Team work oriented, self-motivated and eager to learn about technological developments
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Qualifications that bring you close for this role
- Being familiar with Hubspot
- Startup and/or e-commerce experience is a plus,
- Basic knowledge of how websites work and Javascript.
