What You Will Do:
- Lead, coach, and motivate sales team to achieve targets and foster a positive work environment.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and collaborate with marketing for lead generation.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and manage sales activities, analyze data, and monitor team performance.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, provide regular reports, and implement performance-based incentive programs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams for customer satisfaction.
Who You Are:
- 7+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferably in e-commerce, logistics, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in team management and achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge and proficiency in using sales CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to leverage them effectively.
- Familiarity with KPIs, performance metrics, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed and attend industry events.
