What You’ll Do
  • Work and partner closely with leaders from various departments to drive key strategic and operational priorities.
  • Lead and support strategic business initiatives assigned by the board and top management team.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and drive the execution of strategic plans to improve business processes and functions, ensuring optimal performance across the organization.
  • Play a vital role in supporting decision-making processes throughout the company, enabling data-driven strategies that lead to continuous improvement and success.
  • Contributing to the long-term value creation efforts of the CEO Office.
  • Assisting teams (both direct and indirect reports) in the management of high profile projects and initiatives.
  • Making reports on strategic agenda issues.
  • Coordinating between the CEO and various external/internal communication parties.
Who You Are
  • Graduated from a top-notch university with a degree in Engineering or Business Administration, demonstrating a solid academic background.
  • Proven record of success in previous internship roles or projects, showcasing exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Passion for the fulfillment or e-commerce industry and a drive to make a meaningful impact in a global setting.
