Finance Director (Remote)

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
  • Oversee annual budgeting, monitoring performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Prepare financial reports for management and investors.
  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering excellence and accountability.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives.
  • Enhance financial reporting and audit processes.
  • Develop financial models for pricing, investment analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Optimize cash flow management, including working capital and liquidity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a senior financial role, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position.
  • Big4 experience is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
