• Overseeing all IT operations on a daily basis, utilizing the ITIL framework across all 5 company locations.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of external vendors, including setting service level agreements, and ensuring compliance with our IT policies and procedures.
• Managing various technologies such as Microsoft Azure Cloud, Office 365, Exchange, Teams, Sharepoint, as well as Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Coordinate IT-related agenda with local business leaders and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Define IT demands and local requirements to improve IT services and its quality, and ensure that they are met through effective project management.
• Manage vendors, suppliers, and IT partners through contract negotiation, implementation, and service sourcing/hosting, and maintain positive relationships.
• Ensure regular and required communication to local businesses and end-users to keep them informed of IT projects and changes and address any concerns or issues.
• Continuously work with trusted IT stakeholders to identify and execute digital projects that support business targets, and ensure that they are completed on time and within budget.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing IT service providers, preferably in a multi-vendor outsourcing environment.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing technologies.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Ability to develop and maintain IT policies and procedures, and ensure that they are followed by all employees and contractors.
• Experience managing IT budgets and expenses and providing regular reports to senior management.
• Fluency in English is a must.
