About the Role: Sales Executive
In other words, our Sr. Sales Executives will be the hunters of the growth-seeking retailers and e-commerce sellers in need of fulfillment. They can think quickly on their feet, are passionate about hitting revenue targets, and love collaborating with their teammates.
- Service and Product Knowledge Expert: Understand OPLOG’s differentiative fulfillment services backed by tailored software and robotic products allowing you to present the benefits accurately and persuasively. Enthusiastic executives need to be passionate about OPLOG’s services and products and eager to hunt the matching prospects with OPLOG’s growth strategies.
- Presentation Skills: Able to facilitate a flawless presentation that engages the prospective customers, interprets, and understands the mindset of the listeners while providing a consultative approach to negotiate service agreements and close business.
- Network Builder: Construct strong relationships with prospective clients and expand OPLOG’s networks in the retail and e-commerce industries.
- Good Listener: Understanding the pain points of prospective clients is onboarding them. Candidates must use critical thinking to identify the problems of the clients and show how OPLOG can provide them solutions that will eventually ensure winning the deals.
- Being a native English speaker.
- A minimum of 4 years of sales, portfolio, or relationship management experience in the retail and e-commerce industries with the proven ability to accelerate business growth with the acquisition.
- Having strong relationships and networks with the SMEs running retail and e-commerce operations ensures knowing the pain points and understanding their mindset of them toward the business and fulfillment.
- Other than having experience in the retail and e-commerce environment, having experience in fulfillment and 3PL companies is highly preferable.
- The ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience with HubSpot or similar CRM tool
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
