Warehouse Operator

About the Role: Warehouse Operators (Northampton,UK)

Main Responsibilities
- Complete a variety of manual handling tasks with and without the MHE,
- Arrival, collection, assembly, relocation, and shipment of stocks to the required standard,
- Completing studies using a portable warehouse management device,
- Reaching the targets within the determined time scales by ensuring that we always meet the service requirements of the customer,
- Accepting pack and return incoming goods by the procedure,
- Organizing daily storage activities, tracking and reporting stock movements,
- Directing the employees, he is responsible for and says all the transactions he has made to the manager,
- Ensuring the communication between the center and the warehouse in warehouse operation processes,
- Carrying out the packaging of the goods arriving at the warehouse,
- Comparing the goods entering the warehouse with the invoice and receiving them altogether,
- Checking whether the goods arriving at the warehouse are damaged and identifying and returning the damaged goods,
- Ensuring that the goods arriving at the warehouse are correctly placed,
- Monitoring and reporting warehouse stocks instantly,
- Identifying the deficiencies in the warehouse and communicating them to the managers.
Qualifications
Have at least two years of Warehouse Operator experience,
Being a native English speaker,
Friendly and helpful, willing to contribute and add value to the site,
Being motivated and determined,
Can be guided by high personal standards,
Ability to understand and follow both oral and written information,
Curious by nature, willing to learn and develop.
Note: Knowing Turkish is a plus.
Working in the logistics and e-commerce industry is a plus.
