About the Role: Warehouse Operatioons Manager
We are seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our extensive fulfilment and operations network based in Radius of 10 miles of Milton Keynes, e.g., Leighton Buzzard Area, London. If you are positive and self-motivated with just the right combination of leadership skills and professional business sense, you are the one we are looking for! This is a permanent position from day one.

Main Responsibilities
You will be an inspiring leader in the following areas within the FC operations: Receive, stow, pick, pack and ship,
ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.
Guiding by example, you’ll be responsible for the training and integration of your team while progressively
improving progress. This symbiotic relationship also makes this position even more rewarding and impactful,
as you strive for excellence together with the team you supervise.
You will be responsible for the health and security duties in the fulfilment centre.
You’ll exercise sound judgment, making sure progress and targets are realistic and achievable.
Qualifications
Flexible to relocate for the position if needed.
Willing to work in a non-traditional shift pattern, which may include nights and weekends.
Fluent in English,
Previous managerial experience in Amazon or a 3PL company, or a company running pre-FBA operations.
Being a Turkish speaker is a plus,
Having experience in diverse phases of fulfillment operations
