About the Role: Junior CEO Office Specialist
Everyone needs a machine cockpit that can lean on and is responsible for executing and managing the company's strategic execution in close collaboration with all other department team members and strategic external partners on critical CEO-related tasks and projects. Just like OPLOG!

Main Responsibilities:
- Partnering with leaders from operations, customer experience, product, growth and marketing, HR and other departments on key strategic and operational priorities
- Leading and supporting strategic business initiatives appointed by the board of directors and senior management team,
- Conducting strategic plans with teams to develop, guide and monitor company-level key performance metrics and improve business processes and functions.
- To follow the latest trends in logistics, e-commerce and technology,
- Contributing to the long-term value creation efforts of the CEO Office,
- Assisting teams (both direct and indirect reports) in the management of high profile projects and initiatives,
- Making reports on strategic agenda issues,
- Coordinating between the CEO and various external/internal communication parties,
- Keeping the CEO Office accessible and open to new ideas and proposals,
- Supporting the creation and implementation of company strategies,
- Support the planning of strategy meetings; Creation and updating of strategy maps.
- Determining the success criteria of the strategic plans, refining them according to the business units and following the related applications.
- To observe and monitor the compliance of the critical projects to be implemented with the company vision and strategic focus areas and to provide support to the business units in this context.
Qualifications
- Graduated from Engineering departments of universities and / or having an MBA degree,
- Analyzing complex data and financial reports and presenting necessary reports,
- Proficient in MS Office programs,
- Knowledge of project and process management,
- Excellent knowledge of English,
- Analytical thinker, ambitious, and willing to build new structures
- Capable of undertaking multiple tasks
- Owning the business and being accountable where necessary,
- Cross-functional solid experience in a growth-focused collaborative position
