About the Role


We are seeking talented and self-starter Lead DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for the cloud resources and DevOps pipeline of large-scale SaaS products used by many various sized, global and local companies such as SONY, Tupperware and many e-commerce companies.


 

What'll You Do


  • Own, deploy and maintain production and test environments
  • Deploy and distribute mobile apps to internal and external customers
  • Crafting standards on operational matters and rolling them out
  • Build analytics tools to provide actionable insights into application performance, efficiency, and quality
  • Maintain legacy on-prem environments and services
  • Design, develop and monitor CI & CD pipelines
  • Development and implementation of automation scripts and DevOps tools
  • Configure, deploy and maintain build & test machines and agents
  • Design, implement and improve high-quality automation, deployment, monitoring and alerting tools
  • Collaborate and work closely with developers, architects and product managers to give direction and feedbacks for delivering highly available, scalable, resilient and performant SaaS applications
  • Research new technologies and develop potential scenarios that build on and enhance the existing landscape
  • Engage in software performance analysis and system tuning


Who You Are


  • Solid expertise in DevOps, networking, distributed systems, cloud technologies and tools.
  • High experience in cloud computing, high availability and high performance.
  • 5+ year of experience working as a DevOps engineer.
  • 5+ year of experience in software development.
  • Experience in Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services.
  • Experience in system monitoring and cloud monitoring tools/approaches.
  • Experience in relational & high scale databases.
  • Expertise in git and any preferred programming language(s).
  • Experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of Mobile App distribution channels and tools. Firebase, AppCenter etc.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts: IP, TCP/UDP, LANs, VLANs, NATs etc.
  • Knowledge of identity concepts: Identity Authority, Authorization, Authentication, JWT, Security etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in software development lifecycle practices, SOLID principals
  • Eager to learn new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree from computer engineering or proven self-trained engineering skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

 

What Would Be A Plus


  • Experience in other cloud services such as AWS, Google Cloud.
  • Experience with App Marketplaces such as Android Play Store, Apple App Center.
  • Expertise in Azure Active Directory.
  • Familiarity with enterprise level IT & IS architecture.
